We are an Agric Business Company with interest in Cashew, Cocoa, and Palm Oil. We have a new Cashew Trees Plantation at lseyin in Oyo State with a plan to establish more Plantation around same location soon.
Requirements
- Males Only
- Must reside in Ibadan or within Oyo State
- Be willing to work from the Farm Office and the Plantation which are both located at Iseyin (Oyo State), from Mondays to Fridays
- Resumes Iseyin every Monday morning and departs by Friday afternoon.
Qualifications
- BSc Agric Crop Science or Agronomy
- MSc Agric or MBA is an added advantage
- Project Management Qualification is also an added advantage
Job Description
- Oversee the day to day Farm activities of the Plantation and provide leadership to the Farm Operations Team
- General coordination of farm operations member of staff
- Preparing weekly farm activity reports
- Designing monthly field schedule
- Maintain company's standards of production to ensure the highest quality produce
- Maintain farm infrastructure and landscape with the help of field staffs Ensure peaceful so-existence among field staffs and the host community
- Seed ordering and material acquisition
- Planning and implementation of weekly planting schedule
- Ensuring general field observation
- Cultivation activities monitoring and supervision
- Infrastructure planning, creation and maintenance
- Irrigation planning and implementation
- Soil building program, including composting
- Installation, maintenance and monitoring of deer fencing
- Plan weekly harvest schedule, harvest, market and deliver
